Vernissage i Stockholm: Konst ur Småland

Konst ur Småland – a contemporary art exhibition and a prelude to the Småland Triennial 2026 — presents a group of artistic practices that, in different ways, reflect Småland while also examining the triennial’s central theme: the anxiety shaping our time.
Welcome to the vernissage on 23 January from 4 pm at Folkrörelsernas Konstfrämjande, Swedenborgsgatan 1, Stockholm. The exhibition was first shown at Motiv i Markaryd during the winter of 2025. After Stockholm, it travels to Malmö with a vernissage on 27 March. It functions both as a warm-up for the 2026 triennial and as a way to activate the network of artists and co-organisers.
