Here you will find a car cemetery with scrap cars dating back to the 1930s. Round, bumpy fenders and reminders that there was once left-hand traffic. The wrecks have slowly been broken down and today the sheet metal is sometimes just paper thin. Ferns grow lushly between the seats of an old Cheva and ants wedge themselves over the seat of the Volkswagen bus that has sunk halfway into the bog. Nature is taking back its rights but it is going slowly, reverently slowly. Kyrkö bog has made its way from the Småland forest to the government office itself and as an art exhibition to the fine palaces in Rome.
